  Kungfu test run

  Vid shot after 2hrs of heavy exercise + 30min of mock sparring. Cameraman came home too late. At that time, I have less than 30% stamina left, quite exhausted. I chose to wear outdoor clothing for the vid. Sort of ridiculous imagine fighting with invisible partner, sometimes blurr when invisible partner suddenly disappear from thoughts. 1st & 2nd shot with pink towel, starts with curling attacker's left hand, give him elbow press and sidekick heel first to his ribs. I don't often use high kick before injuring attacker's thigh 1st disabling his ability to kick or run. Most kicks were modified to kick and block at same time, use heel first. Just keep moving. At 0:58 onwards, just have fun trying use up all my remaining energy. Notice than jumping attacks drain more energy. Feel free to comment & laugh. It's bad because of no real sparring partner to demonstrate the moves and sort of slow as I was exhausted when shooting this vid, to reflect more on reality when danger strikes. As always criminals would pick time when we are tired after work. Most long pants don't have extra space around hips and thigh giving limited movement that disallow us to kick well. Do train in outdoor clothing with shoes on when tired, get used to it.
