  www.ibm.com The challenge for today's oil demand is to find new sources of oil. IBM technology at Barcelona's Super Computing Center works with the world's largest drilling company, Repsol to rollout the newest and fastest in seismic imaging tools. The technology performs deep computing that drills deeper into existing wells to reveal untapped oil reserves. Michael Perrone: In 25 years global energy consumption will increase by 50 percent. To meet demand well need to harness the power of sun, wind, waves, atoms, theyre all on the table but today we need oil.
